About the NZ Bloggers Network

Our Story

We are a group of bloggers, mostly based in New Zealand, writing about different topics within the blogosphere. A good mix of backgrounds, cultures, and experience from different industries. Some have blogged since the late 90s and others are just beginning. We started in Auckland and meet every month to provide snippets of knowledge to newbie and veteran NZ bloggers. Now, we have expanded to Wellington and Tauranga. We are looking at growing to other cities in the country. Our goal is to support the bloggers in the country by means of online discussions, face-to-face meetups, workshops, curated content and blog posts. We want to equip each blogger with the right tools and knowledge to be successful in their passion. If you are a veteran or a beginner, we want you to join us. You can check out our Meetup page for upcoming sessions and the Google + community or our Facebook group where we continue to discuss all about blogging. Soon, we will have a full blown forum within the website to keep the conversations going. If you’re interested in co-organizing the Meetups in your area in New Zealand, or even in the world (Kiwi bloggers based in other countries), feel free to drop us a note.
